Welcome to The Crooked Grown of Gems

Where the wild heart heals, the soul remembers, and magic is woven back into the everyday.I’m Lisa—writer, healer, intuitive guide, and the soul behind this sacred space.

The Crooked Grown of Gems was born from my own journey of healing and transformation, a path that’s been anything but straight—and all the more beautiful because of it. It's a space where the messiness of life is honoured, the unseen is embraced, and growth unfolds in its own divine rhythm.

Here, I offer a variety of healing and intuitive services to support your evolution—body, mind, and spirit. My work is rooted in the wisdom of nature, the rhythms of the moon, and the deep belief that each of us carries a unique spark of magic worth nurturing.

Whether you're seeking energy realignment through Reiki, soul guidance through oracle readings, personalized insights through Human Design, or gentle plant medicine through flower essences and herbology—this is a place to come home to yourself.

I also host sacred women’s circles and moon gatherings, where community, ritual, and reflection create space for profound connection and healing. This isn’t just a business.

It’s a living, breathing sanctuary. A crooked, wondrous, gem-filled path toward embodiment, intuition, and soul-led living.

Lisa is one of the most empathetic and intelligent beings I am lucky enough to know and love. She has dedicated so much time towards her spiritual journey to help others and she is very talented at what she does! Whether it be a human design coaching session, tarot/oracle card reading or a relaxing reiki session, you will leave feeling completely calm, serene and wishing your time wasn't over. If you are on the fence about booking a session, let this be your SIGN to do it! You will not regret it!

I would like to acknowledge that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This land is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship,” first signed in 1725, which established an ongoing relationship between the Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik Peoples and the Crown. These treaties recognized the Mi’kmaq’s rights to their land and resources, and they remain living agreements to this day.

I also wish to honour the legacy and contributions of African Nova Scotians, whose communities have been an integral part of the province for over 400 years. These communities have deep roots, resilience, and cultural influence that continue to shape Nova Scotia today. We are all Treaty People, and we are called to live in right relations with one another and with this land.
